About the Course Author

Varoon is an international yoga guru from India and the founder of Mooladhara Organisation, Mooladhara Yoga Technique & I-Consciousness Charity Organisation. He began his journey at the age of 15, inspired by his grandfather and the ancient wisdom of Patanjali yoga. After a career in the corporate world, Varoon decided to dedicate his life to yoga and spiritual development. Loved it! Definitely not as physical, like sweating intensely as I experienced in Mexico (maybe also for the heat) but appreciate so much the aspect of introspection, meditation, consciousness. It's truly where I'm at in life, and bringing my body to be better along with it is something I’ve truly always wanted to achieve as a dancer (only a passion, not my profession). Mooladhara Yoga Sessions Review:

I had the honour to be a part of the first group who took the Chakra cleansing course with Varoon. Over the course of 8 days, I saw wonderful spectrum of vivid colors, a big eye, and sometimes a butterfly in the middle of that eye, as well as other things, such as people who I could see very clearly and it felt as if I knew them and they are all a part of me. I felt lightness, warmth, vibrations, and “touches” from within, that literally felt as a massage. I heard “music” and my body vibrated in he rhythm of that music... I felt high. Finally, the last day sun light came out of me, and I felt warm and I felt love towards everyone.
